This Board tells us about the problems all those poor-poor law enforcement officers have in obeying the laws while ensuring their personal safety. Good thing they have a federal law that lets them carry universally regardless of their jurisdiction.

That just pisses me off. OTOH, I guess it is normal human nature to complain about stuff that you are allowed to do if you can’t do it in a manner that is convenient for you. They may be perfectly supportive of the rest of us, just isn’t the topic of conversation right there.
Their supportiveness in the form of police unions demanding that the obama administration stop their current assault on guns would be helpful. Their total silence on the subject is not.
