Dieting day 5


Weight:  188.5

Breakfast: nothing.

lunch: Nothing.  (I forgot my wallet today)

Late lunch/early dinner:  Panera Bread Co, Turkey Sierra sandwich(460), Broccoli Cheddar Soup (270), Bag of chips (150), Large shortbread cookie (who can say but probably not much), 12 oz Dad’s Root Beer.

Side effects:  Forgot my wallet,  Feeling light headed, watery stools.  These might not be related but i am putting them here to see if a pattern develops.
