Dieting, Day 8


Weight:  191.  I’m real good at fat loading.  Plus I have a refrigerator full of bbq leftovers to finish today. 

Still taking HCG drops three times a day and detox formula.  Starvation starts tomorrow. 

Breakfast: one breakfast burrito and medium OJ.

lunch: leftover bbq. And baked beans.

Dinner: philly cheese steak and three bottles of Sam Adams.
