Weight 192. (I expected higher)
Serious dieting starts today.
Breakfast: nothing.
Lunch:
1/2 grapefruit.
Sliced cucumbers in vinegar
1 piece melba toast.
2oz curry chicken in broth.
2 oz broccoli in broth.
Dinner: Fish and coliflower soup. Celery and home made Salsa.
Also taking HCG drops three times a day and continuing detox formula and drinking as much water as I can. I’ll be doing this throughout so I won’t bother to keep mentioning it.

Helpful hint that took me years to learn: find something you can live with over the long haul or you’ll gain it back in short order.
At least you can’t get pregnant and have to start all over again if you get it right this time,
